Choice Theory Focus Groups
Choice Theory is a problem-solving approach for day-to-day living. It teaches a new psychology for helping you to take more effective control of your life, improving your personal life and relationships.
The Focus Groups are a way of learning how to use Choice Theory in your everyday life. It teaches how to take control of your life by making better relationship decisions, and using specific problem solving skills.
